Further to the Indequity Group Limited interim results March 2012 announcement  
that was published on SENS and in the press on 16 May 2012, Indequity           
shareholders are advised that the press announcement erroneously stated that the
financial statements have not been audited, but have been independently reviewed
in compliance with any applicable requirements. The correct wording, that was   
included in the SENS announcement, states that the financial statements have not
been audited, or reviewed by the company`s auditors.
